Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by A2Z SUPPLIERS operating as A2z Panel.

Discovery & Assessment Fees

Fees for discovery workshops, audits, and assessments are non‑refundable once the engagement has commenced.

Milestone‑based Refunds

For fixed‑scope engagements, refunds are prorated for incomplete, unstarted milestones only. Completed milestones are non‑refundable.

Time & Materials

For T&M engagements, charges apply for time already delivered and committed costs up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation Windows

• Either party may cancel with written notice per the SOW.
• Minimum of 7–14 days’ notice is typical to safely wind down work.

Change Requests

Scope changes are handled via documented change requests that may affect timelines and pricing.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, regulatory actions).

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your SOW reference, invoice details, and reasons for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
